| Basic principle |
| Under a fundamental environmental philosophy that environmental protection
through continuous |
| improvement of the environment and pollution prevention is one of the most essential goals |
| for the whole human race,we pursue all our business activities with consideration for |
| environmental harmonization. |
| As part of our contribution to society by providing useful products and services as an |
| industrial rubber product supplier, all our employees will actively participate in the |
| following environmental protection program, which will be continuously
reviewed for |
| improvement: |

1. Aim at supplying the least environmentally impacting products by eliminating
or reducing their hazardous and toxic contents. Actively pursue energy
and resource saving, reduce the amount of wastes and promote reuse and
recycling to enhance environment friendliness.

2. As part or the above mission, implement environment impact assessments
and establish environmental goals and targets to be pursued. Establish
and implement an environment management program with the involvement of
all the employees. The program will also be periodically reviewed for continuous
improvement and better pollution prevention. |

3. Establish and implement a system to identify and control all chemical substances that are actually or potentially involved in our business operations.

4. Monitor and verify that none of our purchased items contain prohibited substances and that they will also be free of restricted substances after the date that such restriction is put into effect.

5. Strictly comply with all national laws and regulations, municipal ordinance and any other requirements that are applicable to our business operations concerning environmental management. Also establish and implement a voluntary set of environmental management criteria. |

6. Clearly define organizational responsibilities as well as individual
roles, authorities and responsibilities involved in the implementation
of the above-descried rules and policies. |

7. Make sure that the rules and policies described herein are understood
and followed by all the employees and temporary workers to raise environmental
awareness of the workforce. Also ask all our business partners to understand
and uphold the same rules and policies. Information about our environmental
programs and activities will be available to external parties upon request. |
